I am sorry to say we had a terrible experience with Burnetts last night. We booked them to take and pick up 8 of us from Hadleigh to Rize festival (3 adults, 5 kids). Cut a long story they messed up our booking (I have all the confirmations of times etc) but the driver was given incorrect drop off information so said he couldn't take us. After speaking to Luke he convinced the driver to take us. We were then told they could only still pick us up if we came out early. I told the driver I would do my best to get there as early as possible and called him while I was walking to the pickup point to say we are on our way. He told me he was going to leave but i pleaded with him not to (then the battery went on my phone). i got to the meet point at the time my booking was arranged for but he had gone. Leaving 3 adults and 5 kids stranded in the back end of Chelmsford with no means to get home. I tried to call Luke from my friends phone but it was on voicemail. In the end we had to phone round friends and family to come and get us. We didn't get in until after 2am. From text exchanges today Luke claimed we got there late, but we did not. The booking was a problem from the minute they picked us up and then tried to make us responsible for their admin/ communication errors. We are so disappointed and will not be using them again.
Just back from Gatwick, Our driver was cheerful, helpful, excellent . I would highly recommend this company.
Outstanding service! very pleased used luke for airport transfers for me and my other halfs stag and hen do, both minibuses were very smart and clean and arrived early which was great the driver was very polite and friendly, I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them, thanks James
I will definitely use Burnetts again, we had a lovely safe ride home from Stansted and the driver Luke was lovely.
Booked them for a club outing, the driver was polite , on time and got us to the destination when we needed to be there, despite the bad traffic, would use again , highly recommended.
