They used double dipping, which was stated online they wouldn't use! I complained, but the manager did not seem helpful, and "explained" how the girls used the method of "drizzle wax". However, I absolutely saw that she had the spatula with which she touched me in the pot. They apparently even think I am stupid!
I would thoroughly recommend Beauty Boutique. Totally up to date treatments and incredibly professional yet friendly service. There really is no need to look any further, you won't find better than Gina. She is 110% dedicated to her clients x
Have been to see Gina at the Beauty Rooms a number of times and she has always done a fantastic job. I have my eyebrows shaped and eyelash tint done with her, and as a guy worry that the result could be too obvious/over the top but Gina listens to what I ask for and does it spot on every time, very pleased!!
I went to have a Minx Pedicure at Beauty Boutique in Chelmsford, although I have been to Beauty Boutique before this was the first time I had ever had this treatment and I was really looking forward to it. The experience did not disappoint, I had a great time at Beauty Boutique, Gina was very friendly and welcoming and the whole experience from start to finish was relaxing. I was able to choose from a range of different designs. I was so pleased with the results my toes look absolutely fabulous when they were finished and I will definitely be having this treatment again. I have also been given advice on how to maintain my feet so that the Minx stay on for the longest time possible. All in all I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you.
