Absolute shambles of a company! Charge so much for a bus fair but never any buses! Always cutting the most popular busses when they have 2 buses every 20 minutes going the same place! Absolute joke.
The service is dispicable . Ive waiting 45 minutes in boiling weather to get the 47 to hospital from Beauliue Park. Ive missed my appointment. There is only one of these buses per hour, surely this company could manage to get those out. Overall this company is unreliable and the the buses are absolutely dirty and disgusting. The amount we have to pay in this area does in no way reflex the service we are given.Lea Sessions.
The worst run bus service of any town ive lived in , late constantly some dont even show up, drivers leave at the station and theres no replacement, horrific service, only use because i have no choice, not worthy of 1 star but again must be given at least 1... pathetic
Could not organise a piss-up in a brewery. If some of the people standing around with their hands in their pockets were actually, y'know, driving busses, then some of them might be on time occasionally. Probably not, but it's a thought. This bus station is one of the main reasons that I am learning to drive, so that I do not have to catch on of their slow, noisy, smelly, late busses ever again.On a positive note each bus appears to have the requisite 4 wheels, most have actual seats, even if they are dirty and I have known them to actually get where they are going, when they are not busy changing drivers, breaking down or getting lost; all of which I am sure are far more exciting than actually running a bus service.
