One of my favourite places to eat & drink in Chelmsford. Always a warm welcome. Lovely food. I especially love the strawberry champagne tea! Friendly staff. Love the decor. ;)
Its a nice little place for lunch etc good food , table service frendly staff , a wheel chair user can use it but depending how busyit is it may have a proble for ideal seating ,but it has a tolit which i thich is ok for wheel chair but not used it
Excellent coffee. Polite friendly staff who want to please. Very clean and great menu. Crumpets and a cup of tea delicious. Will be going again.

This place was recommended to me by people close to me who raved about it. Inside, it is a lovely shop with loads of character. Perhaps I just caught them on an off day, but even though it wasn't very busy, the service was quite slow and to me, as a cream tea lover, theirs was pretty average. But I will go back and give it another chance.
