The staff members at the reception desk they are very friendly. I am disappointed that we have to be attending court for the 5th time, as the baby mother refuses to attend court, although she has received all of the court letters.My son and I have done everything that the court has requested but yet the mother has not been summoned to attend.... the sheer frustration of it all, and we don't feel that we had been listened to
