Why oh why do they call it 'fast track'? Plenty of staff around but they were hesitant to help. Also fast track signage needs improving and bringing up to eye level. Not stuck below counter.
Good staff, brilliant returns policy. The systems are still slow when self ordering. The ones as part of sainsbury ate quicker .
Poor customer service, wasn't nice or helpful in the slightest to sort out my product when it clearly is a manufacture fault. Rude awful staff.
