Terrible company, posted a review on Trustpilot and they reported it claiming I made no attempt to contact them or I am a competitor. I will do my up most to get my review reinstated. You will receive no custom from me!!My original review on Trustpilot.Absolutely terrible trying to contact this company, their website had limited information on a door handle I wanted so I tried to communicate to them via online chat. Wasted an hour stuck in a queue of 2 before giving up and then filling out the online form and guess what you didnt respond to that either (checked my spam folder so dont bother using that excuse). I got fed up waiting and ordered from lockshopdirect instead who had all the required information and were cheaper.And no, I am not from a competitor. I work in a call centre in Leeds. Idiots.
Nightmare to use.
I use Easylocks all the time and I always find it a straightforward process, delivery always been on time and prices have always been the best I have found online. Highly reccommended
Beyond poor! I placed an order and the incorrect order was sent wrong TWICE, it turned out EasyLocks longer stocked the item I ordered and their website had not been updated. Took over a week for the second wrong order to be collected and I am still awaiting a refund, the service I have received from EasyLocks has been appalling. Shop elsewhere!!
