Avoid at all cost.. I had a terrible and extremely stressful experience with Stewart Law during a period in which I needed support over an employment matter. They have no empathy for their clients and I found their behaviour to be both aggressive and unprofessional. I also took them to the legal ombudsman.
Disgraceful conduct of my employment law matter. Did not return calls and did no work on my case for 2 months so that I had to dismiss them. They billed me anyway. There is only 1 solicitor, Julie, 1 paralegal and a receptionist despite their impression they attempt to cultivate that the firm is big.I followed their complaints procedure but they did not respond in 8 weeks. The matter is now with the Legal Ombudsman.
Appalling service on employment law case. Didnt return calls, I had to chase continuously and ultimately they failed to provide the service they were employed to deliver, but yet still expect payment. Look elsewhere.
I concur with previous review. Used this firm's services from February to April 2018 when I terminated their appointment. Service was poor, they were slow to respond, I was unable to speak with the person at the firm dealing with my case and they failed to inform me of a key deadline. I strongly recommend using another firm.
failed to provide the correct information and communications you should expect from an experienced Law firm. I would strongly advice to seek a different law firm.
