I hate this place, which is a shame because I brought a membership!It discriminates against single people for a start. The online booking system does not let you book a sofa, and yet the single seats (and there are very few of them in each auditorium) and either already taken or smack in the front row. Plus the level of customer service I have received within the venue itself was great BEFORE I bought the membership, but has slumped to sub-acceptable now I have a membership card. This sucks, and if I could give this place zero stars then I would gladly do so without the slightest feeling of remorse.The Everyman brand flatters to deceive, but it will not deceive me again!
If you want a cinema with that extra something special, here is the place to come. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and it's nice to have food and drinks served to your seat. Would of got five stars if they tidied the place a little. This doesn't reflect on the staff...I'm meaning a change of broken light bulbs and a lick of paint here and there. Definitely recommend for your date night of if you just want to treat your mum.

A really interesting way to experience film. Loved it. Atmosphere and food were great. Service was friendly and fast. Seating was comfortable. Best to go if you are eating a meal as you may be disturbed by everyone else munching away before the film starts.
A fantastic New Year's Eve movie watches here in everyman style. Paying a small premium for a more exclusive cinema experience is well worth it, especially with the chance to have your food and drink brought to you in your cinema seat, or should I say sofa! Staff are very friendly and it's just a great way to watch a movie...
