Excellent service guys would highly recommend you without hesitation. Very professional. Alf, Danny and Dan were a pleasure to deal with. We felt like they really cared for our belongings even though they weren't moving the crown jewels! Tim was a pleasure to deal with too as our moving date wasn't fixed until 2 days before. They didn't once pressure us about the date we just had to keep them informed. The price was very good too but the service was top class. They also turned up early at 6.30. Absolutely excellent. From Linda talking me through the process on the phone from the office and trying to accommodate our last minute move, to Tim coming out and giving us a very decent quote first time, and then Danny and the team moving us quickly and fairly effortlessly for us as we also took advantage of their packing service - CM removals have been faultless. When we had a slight delay in getting the keys, again there wasn't a hint of concern from the team, they just waited patiently for the all clear. Would use them again. Cheapest quote, but top quality service, can't do better than that.
Last week we moved from our 4 bedroom house in Chelmsford to our new 3 bedroom house. The Surveyor Tim came round to give us an estimation and he instantly made us feel at ease with the move.
