Great place for dog walks

Lovely place of calm right in the city centre. Fine for walking the dogs along the side of the river. Word of warning about litter left behind by a couple of homeless guys who have set up camp but don't clear up their rubbish. Volunteers help to keep it looking nice and not overgrown. They do a great job

Nice walk, why not try volunteering with chelmsford city council who do vital work in maintaining the reserve.

Super pretty with so much to see and do, if you look in the right place.
