Diabolically bad service from machines at Sainsburys Wandsworth. Wave and pay (ie contactless) NEVER works resulting in a cancelled transaction, a "call in progress" and a minute wait while the machine resets itself. Where I can I avoid using this Sainsburys for to the sheer frustration of these machines.
Just received a 85 parking charge even though I paid and have a receipt to prove it. Manchester premier inn at print works informed me I pay on departure and issued a voucher to put into machine. Snotty letter sent out stating the signs are clear enough...... yes I know, I followed your procedure and you still sent a fine !!!!!! Appeal sent
I was given a ticket for not displaying a valid permit, which I was. I sent proof of this only for them to change the reason why the ticket had been issued to me not being on the list for the car park, I sent proof of this and was told they can't accept multiple appeals! So how does the automatic number plate recognition doors to the car park let me in if I am not on the list? Absolute joke company!
Shopping is stressful as it is anyway. This company want you to pay just before you leave asking how long we been parked (ridiculous) and to input registration number. Parking ticket machine definitely not customer user friendly. Machine doesn't give change how annoying. Minus star rating.
I am creating an awareness website to show all of the companies that employ Horizon Parking how much damage Horizon Parking cause to their business and goodwill. I, my wife, and all of our family members and friends will now no longer spend any money with Sainsburys because of Horizon Parking. How many others are the same? If enough people unite to show how important politeness, respect and an understanding of humanity and mental health awareness is then all of the companies that think Horizon serve them well, will start to see how much damage is being done. Its early days but I cannot ignore this. Will you ALL put a few minutes of your time into sending me details and being listed as legitimate in feeling aggrieved by the system failure that is Horizon Parking? I am a few weeks away from it yet but I will compose, create and send the website link to all of the sites listed and attempt to show how much business Horiozon Parking are costing them. Its only fair that Horizon Parking feel the same way as they have made every one of us feel too. It is not okay. It is not being ignored. You can be a part of this.
