Awful experience at this place. Given the close proximity to the station you would expect at very least hours of opening to mirror the stations first and last timings, or even better automate the place so its 24hr. NOTE: the hours of opening before you park otherwise theyll smack you with an extortionate release fee. Chelmsford Council once again balancing the budgets by clearly trying to profiteer from the unsuspecting commuter.
Great spot by the station, but the opening hours are questionable given the train timetable. Issues with drivers not using the one-way system properly and homeless people smoking in the stairwells. Easy to pay by contactless card and there are machines by the foot of each stairwell
Very clean and well presented. Super easy to use payment machines!
The new payment machines are already faulty (couldn't pay 9th Aug 2017). Bays are too narrow for modern cars. Closes too early (11pm) for anyone travelling back late from London
The proximity to the station and the town centre are it's strongest points.It also accepts card payments.It doesn't open till very late (closes at 11 PM).The parking bays are a bit narrow.There is no toilet facilities.
