Having completed a duathlon late last year (before I was truly ready for it) I developed pain beneath my knee cap. Scans and a consultation with a knee specialist concluded the knee was structurally fine but I could run and trampoline with no pain but walking was agony. How on earth is that possible? So i was referred to physio. The day before visiting the physio I noticed pain just below my knee, even just to touch it. I told the physio (Hayley Foster) and within 2 seconds she knew exactly what the problem was. Strained pes anserinus. 5 sessions of deep tissue massage including 2 sessions of dry needling and I'm back running and walking with no pain and my worst fears have been put to rest for now. I can't recommend Hayley enough, she was punctual, helpful, friendly and above all very capable and knowledgeable about my injury and how to fix it. So any new runners out there if you have knee pain after running definitely book yourself in with Hayley before the damage gets too bad and you'll be back on track before you know it!!! I have been treated over the course of 2018 for a lower back injury (disc tear). The staff here were excellent throughout. Very informative but also friendly and willing/able to tailor the treatment I needed. I am now well again but if I experience further problems in future I would definitely go back to this clinic.I was treated by both Hayley and Faye and both were absolutely excellent, offering very modern and effective treatment for me.

The Clinic has modern and comfortable facilities.I went along as I had pain and stiffness in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I saw Hayley, who is very positive and understanding, and has expert knowledge in the best way to treat each problem. She also gave me an easy but very effective exercise to do at home.
