I went in to collect a parcel which couldn't be left at my address and was told i would have to come back because they dont give out parcels until after 9am despite the website saying open from 7am! I wasnt given the option of using a different post office and now I am not really sure how I am going to collect the item! ridiculous!
The staff do not have any idea how to tax a car, is been reported to Royal mail
