I don't know where to start . I am in a bit of a predicament at the moment, but the guys at Big Yellow really made my life so much easier. I was expecting all sorts of red tape when sorting the paperwork out, but it was very easy. I have some storage space here at Big Yellow Chelmsford and am never disappointed in the service received or the facilities available. I never have any issue with access to my lot or getting assistance from staff within working hours. Sam behind the front desk is especially helpful, always willing and is efficient in his customer service.
Sam was fab and very happy to talk through the process...made it all very easy.Opportunity to see the room sizes for real...no massive pressure sales... just professional, great customer service and very friendly. Lee thank you for the coffee for myself and my lil helpers much appreciated.
Incredibly helpful over the phone. Sam on reception had all the answers for any question, understood our situation and made everything as simple as possible, even recommending fantastic removal men (Happy Movers!)Once there, everything was quick and easy and both Sam and the lady receptionist (didn't catch her name) were sweet, helpful and made a delicious cup of tea. Will definitely use them again!!!
