We visit the Bottle Bureau for pre-dinner drinks on a "significant" family birthday. Good service, good selection of drinks at reasonable prices in a charismatic location.
Intimate dim lighting and soft jazz in the background. The cocktails are almost always priced at happy hour two for one and well made. The bulk of the seating is on stools facing a table encircling the bar. Unfortunately they have sharp edges which are very uncomfortable and don't encourage lingering to enjoy your drink.

Fantastic service from very friendly and extremely knowledgeable bar staff in this great underground venue. Good music to.Only complaints are parts of the venue can get extremely hot, (depending where you are relative to air con units), plus having to head up and down the stairs of you're a smoker.
Went on a Saturday night - busy but fast bar service. Staff were friendly & suggested some lovely gins to try. Atmosphere was excellent.
