Our Lady Immaculate (OLI) is a great church. The building is nice, there is some parking available. Sunday Mass is often nearby full. There is a very welcoming atmosphere. There are regular local events, good sermons (particularly thanks to there being a fantastic Norbertine community down the road at the priory). There are RCIA courses held. I definitely recommend you to visit OLI church!
It's a lovely church with a lovely priests and congregation.
Really nice place to go when it is no busy. When it does get busy the service become really confusing and food not on same quality.
The Mass celebrated in this church is always uplifting, inspirational and emotional and to be present on these occasions (I feel) brings me to within touching distance of God. And during the day, just to pop in for 10 minutes or so and sit in the silence of this holy place makes all the difference to me.
I love this church... It's open all day long. A very peaceful place to pray
