The dentist seems good a shame about the receptionist. I turned up today having been told previously by the receptionist that my appointment was booked for today, so booked half a day off work to be told my appointment isn't today even today despite previously being told today's date. The receptionist wasn't understand and tried to argue that I would have received texts when I haven't... turns out they had the wrong number. They made no effort and didn't exactly try to make an effort to get me in sooner either. Half a days work lost pluss extra fees Every time I pay for car park and still need to wait to get the work on my teeth done. Poor example of customer service.

A lovely dentist practice that doesn't do unnecessary work and isn't pushy with getting work done. Very professional and happy to have as my dentist
Dentists are great, new receptionist lets the place down though, she didn't let me know I would have a half hour wait, and just let her mate skip the queue for the counter!
I would not use this dental practice. They undertake unnecessary dental work at exceptional cost. They over charge for additional products and they rarely run to time. Furthermore I would not trust the practice as Dr Shah lied outright in a review undertaken by the NHS.
