This company was recommended to me by the travel agent which I used to book flights to Iceland and Canada. I took out their "siver" policy which was cetainly not cheap.I had to make a claim for a damaged camera. It was then that I realised I should have studied the "terms" more carefully. I knew there was a 74 excess BUT their single item limit is only 100 and most travellers will take items valued at much me than this.In all then, although the staff I spoke to were friendly, this company offers poor value and I recommend that you look elsewhere for your travel insurance.
