My claim as taken months to resolve. It takes an eternity to get through to speak to someone and when they say they will call you back they don't.
Only gave them near as have to put something on. It's bloody appalling, 4 hours trying to get to speak to someone about a claim as someone has backed into my works truck and I can't get the tailgate open. There phone number doesn't work and when I got through finally they cut me off. Will not use them again.
This company is a JOKE!Avoid dealing with the minimal cost. You cant even get hold of them on the phone
If you want to spend hours on hold with absolutely nothing to gain. Get insured through theses jokers
Used Tansar for a few years now as they were recommended through my Broker and I am so pleased im with them. Unfortunately had a claim in December but Tansar were incredible really took the stress out of the problem. I will stay with them again next year. !!
