Great efficient company. Handled everything quickly and promptly. Would recommend to others if you're given a choice when purchasing a new build home.
STAY WELL AWAY from this company! Without a doubt the worse conveyancers imaginable! Unresponsive to emails, sending you wrong customers information and do not keep you updated. You will need to do all the chasing to ensure deadlines are met. Yes they are cheaper than the others but honestly it is not worthit. I heard some horror stories about conveyancers before but these guys are just horrendous. Buying a property is stressful enough and the conveyancers should make it easier, these guys just add to it! I honestly would recommend you stay away from these NHL and I would be more than happy to go into more detail about my experience with this firm if required!
An absolutely useless solicitors / law firm. I instructed them to deal with the re-sale of my shared ownership apartment (mainly as we were limited to a handful of solicitors we could use) and the service I received throughout was diabolical. They were incredibly slow and inefficient during the whole process. I had to complain on several occasions and ended up having to obtain much of the necessary information myself and pushing them constantly to get the sale through. Their inordinate delays very nearly jeopardised the sale process as we were nearly 4 months from instruction until completion. I would avoid at all costs and will certainly never use again.
STAY AWAY! -Gave us the wrong advice which could have had severe financial impact on our situation-Incredibly hard to reach and poor communication throughout process up until last minute of completion -Strong reason to believe that they are working in the interest of the developer not their client -Delayed submitting our signed contract by several weeks which meant we fell into a later completion date bracket and couldnt exit the contract once further delays happened to the build
We used NHL for the purchase of our first property. We can't praise Megan enough for her professional, friendly service. No question was a sill question (and we had lots of questions!) Megan was always happy to answer us. She kept us up to date throughout without us having to chase her at all, I would highly recommend NHL.
