Had a great time at the Aerodrome! Its very informative with a lot to see, they have guided tours of the Aerodrome which are well worth attending! The gent who ran ours was very well knowledgeable and captivating! Beautiful tribute to our fallen!Lest we forget.

Interesting place. Still in the process of building up but some interesting information about Ww1A lot of walking between buildings so best seen in good weather or with appropriate clothing.Worth a visit.

They have made a good start on restoring the site, but needs a lot more work doing. Nice place, but you have to be specifically interested in WW1 aerodromes for it to be worth the visit. Not being negative, just saying it is still under work as a museum and to remember this if you visit. If you are after something a bit more developed then try Shuttleworth instead.

It's a great place. All too often the stories of air battles from WWII push those from the Great War into obscurity. Well this place won't let that happen. There are great displays and a wealth of information about the planes, the construction of them, and the brave men who entrusted their lives to this technology not even fifteen years after manned flight first happened. The atmosphere here is wonderful and the guides really know the ins and outs of the place and its stories. Definitely visit.

A fantastic place! The quality and attention to detail of the restoration is fantastic, helping to preserve the atmosphere of the place that many hastily restored sites have lost. It looks like a really big job, but the work done so far is superb. Trevor, our group's guide the day I visited, was very knowledgeable, friendly and good fun. The cafeteria had lovely cakes and coffee at sensible prices. The staff were all brilliant! I will be back again I'm sure, hopefully on a flying day, but I would highly recommend a visit at any opportunity.
