Went for beardie food staff helpful knowledgeable on subject and not shameful to ask for help from another member of staff if they can't answer the question. Girl on till smiley and cheerful nice to see.
All you could ever need for a cat or dog but as I've got a pet bird, the selection isn't even worth having a sign up for.The food is quite overpriced but the few accessories are pretty much on a par with everywhere else.
I use this shop for both dog food and Aquarium supplies.They do a nice collection of Lab grown aquarium plants supplied by a well known reputable source.The fish all seem to be in good condition as well and are priced at a fraction of the price compared to their competitors!Good job!
I try to avoid shopping at this store. I only buy products here as a last resort. Purchasing insects from Pets at Home is the worst. You pay full price for insects when all but a few are dead. They do not give their insects any sustenance or water. The pets here are NOT handled to maintain human interaction. Their cages are cleaned for aesthetic appeal and, yes, they are fed well, but that's about it. Prices are far to high.
I shop here for everything I need for my fish, although the fish themselves i buy from swallows as they are of much better quality there! fish I have bought from here in the past tend to die on me, a few even before I get them home. If you want advice, be prepared for a lengthy wait as there are only a few assistants working at any one time.pp
