Booked up taxi to go to a wedding which was no problem arranged to have a taxi pick me my wife and 5 year old daughter up at 11:30 and no taxi turned up so trued to ring which I had a reply of were to busy and I dont remember that which I found totally out of order as I would of arranged another taxi service to collect us and found it near impossible to arrange a taxi at that time of night , the mean reason I was so cross with this company is because they was happy for my 5 year old child to sit in the cold with out a care , very heartless company
Got a taxi today, was very good service. Enjoyed my journey with no hassle. The driver was friendly enough to let me connect my phone to the speakers which made the journey very enjoyable. Will use again!
A fantastic taxi service that I would highly recommend , I used them on Tues eve 11 th Dec , a very nice helpful and polite drive Hasan , who not only found my purse I had left in the taxi , but kindly delivered it to my door the following day , what a relief , and what a fantastic service , A five star rating for sure , thank you so much , your kindness meant everything . VERY HELPFUL & HONEST TAXI COMPANY - would definitely recommend to everyone (especially for after a night out). Heres our experience with them: Left phone in taxi. Called the taxi company straight away and they posted a description that I gave them on the journey and what was lost in their group whats app group. The following morning the taxi driver who collected us the previous night rang saying that he had the phone. He then dropped it off at the location he dropped us off at. The taxi driver was lovely and didnt ask for payment for dropping off the lost phone (we did insist on paying him for his time, effort and helpfulness). The process for finding the phone worked extremely well, in most instances with most taxi companies the phone would be lost forever as there would be no way of contacting each of the possible taxi drivers. The company is genuine and does everything they can to deliver a great service and honour their customers. Thank you for all your help, Chelmsford Taxis!
