Instead of being honest and letting me know it would be 40 mins, they kept saying 10 more mins. They also said they were outside and it was another 10 mins in the pouring rain. Operator and taxi driver were friendly

Needed to arrange for my teenage daughter and her friend to be collected from a scout camp and brought to Maldon. I spoke with Tracey who was amazing and agreed to get them herself so they had a female cabbie. She ended up waiting for 45 mins for them to finish as running late, then charged less than we agreed. So accommodating and reliable. Fantastic service. Huge thanks Tracey!
Worst taxi service ever. Called the previous evening booking a taxi to the station for 7:30am. The following morning checked my phone at 7:33am to two missed phone calls. Upon returning the phone calls I was (very rudely) informed the taxi had arrived at 7:20am and called twice with no answer so decided to leave.Phone was put down twice on me as I tried explaining the situation. I asked the individual who put the phone down on me for their name to escalate to management at which point they put their phone down on me again. Will never use this company again and do not recommend you do either.
