Absolutely fantastic service and put our minds at ease.Claire and Tim are clearly very caring and passionate about cats and it really shows. We left our three with them whilst we were abroad and we would use their services again (in fact, we've already booked in for another 2 stays!). The fact they were able to keep our 3 Bengals entertained speaks volumes!The use of WhatsApp is perfect, Claire provided updates every few days with pictures - it all felt nice and personable.The rooms are the perfect size, having an outdoors section with a big tree to play on and a heated indoor section for a cozy nights sleep.5/5, we couldn't recommend them enough! =^.^=
It was quite a pleasure working with the owner to board my two 8 month-old kittens here. I know that they were well taken care of by someone who truly loves cats. The cherry on top of the pie was receiving high-quality photos of my kittens from Claire, which really meant a lot to me. Thanks for everything, Claire! I would definitely recommend your pet hotel to any friends with cats.
Our cat had been re-homed at least twice before we adopted her, and we were worried about leaving her whilst we went on holiday, in case that she thought that we had left her permanently! We wanted to place her somewhere where she would get looked after on a one to one basis, and Longcroft turned out to be perfect. Actually, when we came to take her home, she initially didn't want to go! Five stars and highly recommended. Will be using Longcroft again.
My Cat Gus had a wonderful time during his stay at the Longcroft Cat Hotel. He loved it so much I dont think he wanted to leave! Really easy to find, Claire was incredibly welcoming and friendly, her updates whilst I was away were attentive and put me at ease knowing my Cat was very well looked after whilst I was away. Fantastic value for money. The rooms are warm and spotless with plenty of space but enough seclusion. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the Longcroft Cat Hotel in Chelmsford :)
