Excellent vets and a brand new surgery
Lovely clean and well presented new practice, I have attended their other branches in the past. Fantastic welcome from the reception team when you enter the building. I appreciate the separate dog and cat sides of the waiting area to prevent stress to my cats. The staff were all very friendly and helpful to me and I signed up to their Pet Health Plan as it is excellent value for money! I know that my pets are in good hands for future visits.
Having tried a few vets in the area I never felt totally satisfied with the advice I was given or treatments prescribed. The vets here seem extremely knowledgable and honest/open minded to alternative treatments and there is a sense of genuine concern for my pet's wellbeing as oppose to prescribing medication symptomatically. I would highly recommend Spring lodge vets for anyone in the surrounding area
