This shop is a total rip off even rip of disabled people and try to cover it up avoid at all cost sell cash goods that dont fit and have a team off mechanics who are total idiots .the boss is a complete waste of time avoid avoid avoid

I had an issue with the bearings and my bottom bracket. I phoned around but no where could book my bike in for days or even weeks. Chelmer Cycles to the rescue. They not only booked me in that morning but had me back up and running in an hour. Amazing guys thank you.
Just got my bike back from chelmer cycles and had the first bike ride. they managed to sort out a really annoying creak and went above and beyond my expectations in their care and service. After a previous passable service they called me as they found out I wasn't entirely happy and they couldn't do enough to make amends. Not only did they sort out the creak but they replaced the rear tyre and peddles and didn't charge me which I really wasn't expecting. The bike is lovely to ride now. Thank you.
Brilliant Brilliant. Great people and they sell great bike kit as well as bikes. I've been using these guys for years and the new people are as good as the old guys. Well recommended.
