Amazing store. Great bikes, reasonable price, superb technicians and such a friendly welcoming team. Cannot fault them.

Been here a few times and never have i been disappointing with the level of customer service and the workmanship on my bike! Always a pleasure to bring my bike back here! Super friendly staff and very experienced mechanics!

Brilliant staff, great advice, customer care and products. Three years ago my children took up triathlons with little knowledge and no biking backgrounds. The staff looked after us, gave us great help and encouraged the two of them. We have purchased multiple bikes and wheels since then and recently my son became the British U13 triathlon champion and European Biathele champion - thanks concept store

Mixed experience having had my bicycle serviced this week.Expertise and advice seemed very good to me. Matt telephoned on several occasions to keep me updated with repairs required and the running costs.Front-of-house customer service is pretty desperate however:- Referring to a paying customer as young man on two occasions, both when I drop off the bike and again when I come to collect. That is an odd turn of phrase.- Mentioning on three occasions within the space of two minutes that I was spending a hefty sum of money on repairs and service - now for the matter of paying the not insignificant sum of x and x pence. Once again, a curious approach to handling payments and not welcome in my opinion.- This branch do not take AmEx, which I find surprising when you are settling up a not insignificant sum. When I expressed my disappointment at this fact, the cashier was suddenly very defensive and seemingly could not see why this might be a frustration for customers. There are better ways to handle queries.- As I wheeled my bike across the shop to leave, the same cashier made no attempt to stifle sharing his opinion with his colleagues in fairly unsavoury terms - Jesus, what an absolute ....That is not how I treat customers in my industry and I do not expect to be treated as such. I think you could do with a few lessons young man.

A great store with great staff, couldnt be more pleased with my visit today, all the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to everyone, especially Stuart and Matt.I would recommend the store to anyone looking for a bike or good advice from people who clearly share the passion for bikes and riding.
