My bike's inner tube burst when I arrived at Chelmsford railway station this morning. I wheeled my bike to Cycle King and the team opened the doors early, replaced the tube and checked the bike so I was ready to go by 3 minutes past nine. I arrived only slightly late at work. Fantastic service. Having our 12 year old going on and on about spending his birthday money on a new bike but trying to fit it in around our busy work hours wasn't easy. We phoned ahead to let them know we were coming and that we would be cutting it fine before they closed. We arrived 5 minutes before there advertised closing time but, Simon(I think his name was), couldn't have been any more helpful if he'd tried. Apologies for keeping you for an extra 30 minutes whilst you set up the bike for our son, it really was appreciated. We will see you in a few weeks time when we come in for the free service.RegardsAndrew
bought a bike here on sunday afternoon simon and wezz were brill they had shop full at the time i only bought a cheap bike but they took time we have bought many bikes from this store for our boys always good service the manager made sure we were happy even bought a helmet 5 star thanks guys
