I cannot agree with any of the negative comments found here. Reception staff are always friendly & helpful, outstanding care from doctors & nurses always. Thank you Beauchamp House Surgery.
This surgery is an absolutely useless! The receptionist are so dismissive and unhelpful, 3 days now Ive been trying to get an appointment/ prescription its absolutely disgusting. These people are absolutely no help at all in your time of need.
We moved out the area recently and had to leave this surgery. I am absolutely gutted as our new surgery is horrendous, Beauchamp house helped me sort out my meds when the new doctors wouldnt assist me. Beauchamp house always provided us with a good service in the 7 years we were with them, although sometimes it appeared frustrating to get appointments, the running of the surgery is outstanding in comparison. The staff were always friendly and the doctors thorough and very understanding. The grass is not always greener on the other side. Beauchamp house always met our needs and our new surgery is atrocious! Wish we could go back here

No one has ever been anything other than friendly helpful and polite at this, my elderly mother's surgery. All the staff and doctors have really gone the extra mile in their care of my mother particularly recently prior to admission to hospital. The front line staff listened to my concerns on the phone and within minutes hooked me up with her doctor who came out to the house and made a treatment plan. As this doctor was on leave over the next few days he said he would hand over to his colleagues and that I could phone them for help and advice - He was as good as his word as later on I needed them again and was promptly put through to a fully briefed doc in the afternoon then again in the evening when they advised taking mum up to Broomfield hospital. When mum returned home I called the surgery to ask if a doctor could come and see mum again no problem they came out the same day, noted her condition, gave advice. Mum's meds changed but the surgery were on it and all sorted promptly. We must have touched base with practically every member of staff in the place sorting mum out and done in an efficient but friendly way. You could not buy this kind of service! I have heard of the carers of patients registered at other surgeries who have to queue up at 8am and 2pm for ages only to be told there are no appointments. As a carer I really value the support I get from the surgery they make every patient feel valued and even though mum is 80 and on her last legs really care and put everything into making her life the best that it can be. If the previous poster didn't complete their registration and went elsewhere - their loss this is a well run surgery that cares
