I have been a patient at this practice for 41years. Over that time I've seen several changes. But the Drs are all very friendly and caring, the reception staff are always pleasent and helpful. I usually make appointments on line and have never had a problem. If an appointment is needed on the day the reception staff will always try to help. I'd like to say thank you Dr Hooper for all your care and support over the years..
I've been a patient at Whitley House since 1984 and have always found them to be a caring practice. The day to day management of the practice is often reviewed to find ways of improving services available for patients and they are always keen on feedback. Gp i come to see here is very nice and consistent and never had a problem,
I just called on behalf of an elderly man and the receptionists response was extremely professional .She decided that a Doctor should call and within 6 minutes a Doctor called, listened to the patient's symptoms and offered an appointment in the afternoon or early moemmor which the patient preferred.The Doctor also advised the patient not to drive. Excellent service, wish my surgery was as efficient.
I have never known a GP so kind, caring, understanding and friendly as Dr W.Bentley. He is by far one of the best GP's that this surgery has. He has helped me through a lot of very hard times and i seriously cant recommend him & this surgery enough. I have been his patient now for 5 yrs & it is only due to moving that i, with regret, have to leave this surgery. Big thank you to all of the staff & personally to Dr Bentley for all their help over the past 5 yrs. Maybe one day i'll be back!.
