Personally, I think they need to open the phone lines as soon as they open! Its rubbish service here! Im 17 going on 18 years old and I spent 15 minutes trying to get through to this doctors for them to tell me theres no appointments with the doctor for two weeks so I asked if I have to see a doctor and not a nurse practitioner then they asked me again what its for and told me its a case of calling up tomorrow! I dont have time for this I work and go to college!!
Shocking place - would have given zero stars if I could.Average 20 mins wait before speaking to a call centre only to find you cant get an appointment for 2 weeks. Misdiagnosed on several occasions, left in pain for over a week before we paid to go private. NHS is not worth taxes we pay. Avoid this surgery if you can.
Never ever get to see the same Dr. When you have an ongoing issue that needs sorting out this is terrible. It's always someone different every time. Even when the Dr has asked you to come back you can never get an appointment with the same one. Poor poor service. This aspect of the service needs looking at so in these certain circumstances appointments can be got with the same Dr who is familiar with the particular health issue at hand.
I have been with this surgery for 41 years. It use to be a brilliant one. However, since it merged with Beacon Health it's become awful. If I could give it a zero I would. Staff are pleasant but not very helpful.
Was registered here from the nineties when I moved to the area. Then it was good, now, having had issues with medication, repeat prescriptions multiple visits for the same purpose and more recently, non prescription of medication again I have given up and gone elsewhere. So far they have been at a standard MHS can only aspire to. Shame as they were good! Agree with the other posts noting downward trend /spiral following retirement of the founding doctors
