Good quality
I bought some product from Darren over 20 years ago from the Southend Store, service and products was excellent. 16 years ago I purchased 2 TVs and a hi-fi Centre again the service was excellent, the installation was not easy for them as I wes having other work done in the house at that time and it is over 100 years old. But nothing was to much trouble for Darrens team. I have just had to more TVs installed by Darren and hes team, and again the service was excellent. Some people would say you should expect that type of customer service when you buy a top end product, but therere is service and there service and Darren and hes team go beyond. That are a credit to the Bang & Olufsen brand
Went in with the family . Two small babies . My little boy finishing hes ice cream. Darren from B and O was welcoming and gave hes time to show soundbars that I was interested in . I didnt feel pressured into purchasing however I did purchase the a6 beoplay which is a great addition to my home . We took away the soundbar straight away and waited for the wall mount which was hand delivered by Darren and even set up the speaker at no extra cost . I usually buy online but Im so glad I didnt as I received a great service and I highly recommend B and O in Chelmsford as they cater from small budgets right through to big ones! Thanks Darren credit where credits due!
