Very professional and friendly service
Poor aftersales customer service, products look cheap and nasty and either haven't fitted correctly or have been described poorly leading to the ordering of the wrong part. If you need to return an item they'll tell you that they can't do that if you've opened the packaging, which is ridiculous as you don't know there's a problem with an item until you've inspected it. This company isn't for us and we'll not be purchasing from them in the future. Try harder with your customer service, it pays dividends in a competitive market place.

Pretty stellar supplier offering consistently good service. Product quality is determined by what you choose, but they offer a wide range from entry level to high-end.
