Spent over 2 hours at this store after hardware failure of my iPhone, end result was that I had to purchase a new handset! Got to say Ash was absolutely fantastic! Technically speaking they did everything that they could before advising on me needing a new handset.... They spent ages working out which model would suit my needs! Very accommodating, nothing too much trouble and superb service! I drove these Guys nuts trying to assist them with passwords and Apple IDs and they were extremely patient! Thanks once again! So thrilled with new phone, thanks for all of your help x
Good store for all Apple related products. Got them to change out the battery in my wifes iPhone 6 before the 25 cheap offer ended. All done well and promptly. Phone holds its charge like new now.
My recent appointment with Brad Barnes was a brilliant experience ! I had spent months trying to sort out duplicate photos on my Mac and in the process completely messed up things resulting in 1000's of unwanted photos. My Mac was also running exceptionally slowly.A diagnostic check was run on my Mac and the result was 100%.Brad went through my Mac, deleted apps that should not have been thereand got rid of all unnecessary files. I left the Solutions Inc feeling like a new person with a total motivation to use my Mac again and feel free to use the knowledge that Brad had given me on Photo App use. The staff were all friendly and I have and will always use Solutions Inc.
After a bit of a rocky initial experience, the manager got in contact with me and arranged for the data from my water damaged MacBook to be extracted. These were the only technicians who had the technical ability and gadgets needed to complete the data extraction within a 50 mile radius.Super thankful for saving all of my uni notes and all my music!Showed genuine care and sympathy - great staff - especially Brad and Ash!
Turned up for first appointment to get phone fixed, was told I was 2 hrs late, after calling earlier in the day to confirm the time. Assured the next visit it would be fixed. Second trip I was told the screen needed was not available, dispute assurances from first trip it would be ready. Still waiting for my third appointment...
