We've just returned home after buying a sofa from dfs in Chelmsford. We wouldn't have bought one had the staff not been as helpful and charming as they were. Gary, Ayesha and Emma all helped us in different ways, advising us, answering our questions and generally looking after us, and not in a pushy way. We were offered coffee and hot chocolate while we made our decision. It's given us maximum confidence in our purchase, delivery and aftercare. Thank you.
Some great deals
They are quite approachable and always there to help, with that say, they give you enough room to check sofas and to decide. In terms of quality and price it seems to be one of the best places around, as they have great deals but doesn't seem to let down the quality. The only thing I would say is that if you mean to buy a sofa, then go with plenty time, the paperwork take a while.
Smaller branch and Selection although nice new store
The sofas we ordered were cheap and look very nice. The customer Service on the phone was poor, and kept getting put through to the wrong departments. The drivers were late, and they didn't call to say would be. However they were very helpful when they arrived, and got our sofas in quickly.
