Just wanted to say how good this shop is. Zoe the Manager was very helpful when we first looked for a Futon and demoed frame and different fabric options to us. She was professional and never pushy. We were given lots of fabric samples to take home for colour matching and we phoned our order through the following week. We collected our Futon today from the store, Zoe even helped load the boxes into our vehicle from the special parking space behind the shop. The service from Zoe and her staff is amazing. We are also very pleased with the product too.It's been a pleasure dealing with Zoe and the Futon Company in Chelmsford.
Been in here a couple of times now and couldn't possibly speak higher of the staff. The manageress is absolutely lovely and the younger girl with the long black hair who works there is always really friendly and helpful. Love this shop!
Bought some soft bed throws, the woman who helped me in store was very polite and lovely. Will be coming back soon to get one of the goat cushions!
Recently bought a shoe rack and shelves from here . They were so easy to put together. Also bought a small sofa a week later .The manageress was so helpful and full of advise ,will definitely be back .Since Habitat closed years ago it is so nice to have a contemporary furniture shop in Chelmsford.
There's a rude sarcastic old woman who works is this shop. Have been in twice and on both occasions she has made sly comments to customers thinking she's clever. There is a young woman who works there too who is lovely.. beware of the menapausal dragon!
