Had my sideboard delivered this morning. Would not usually order furniture without seeing it but had such good reviews. So glad we did it is better than we thought very well made and a lovely colour.The delivery came when they said it would lovely helpful guys and they took packing away. We will be ordering the TV table,coffee table and the corner cabinet. All from the Oakland range.Only saw this company by chance on a TV advert.
After waiting months for an item which I paid for in full when ordering the item in May and of which I had numerous emails and phone calls from staff to say my item would be with me soon..I had a phone call at the end of October to say that the product was no longer available and I would be receiving a refund in 5/7 days.I was extremely disappointed and very unhappy with the very unapologetic way they said I would not be getting my item.The fact that after having my money for the item for months on end I received a coldly dealt with no sincerity phone call.I would never purchase anything or recommend this company.Such bad customer service.
When visiting the showroom the staff were friendly and helpful especially Helen who we spoke to at some length about the choices available. The quality and finish of furniture is extremely good value for money.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Helen in store was extremely helpful in helping us decide on what pieces to choose for our bedroom. The men who delivered and put the furniture together were polite and tidy. They were also very careful not to mark our newly painted walls! Would definitely recommend and Im sure well be back!
Very nice spacious shop with lots on display which makes a very nice change to most other furniture retailers these days. On several visits we made to the store before buying we found all the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Zoe who dealt with our order was very patient, had great product knowledge and was not at all pushy. Everything we ordered turned up very quickly and the quality is very good. Our customer experience of this shop has been excellent.
