Staff very helpful, no pressure to buy. Answered all questions and even rang another store to clarify a measurement. Offered coffee. All paper work explained very well. Overall a good experience.
We paid 2 visits to the store. The first time we were attended to by Neil who was knowledgeable and professional. We decided to make a purchase and on the second visit we were served by Fiona who was also helpful and informative. The manager honoured our initial quote despite the promotion finishing. The only downside was the long waiting time for the product but as the suites were being made from scratch and coming from Italy this is understandable.

Very refreshing not to be hounded in a furniture store and we weren't here (unlike another local store). Our sales advisor, Neil Kelly, struck a great balance between giving us time to consider and offering advice. We got tea and hot chocolate and even a freshly baked cookie for our little one while we proceeded with an order. Every detail was fully explained. Can't fault the in-store experience.
