Hello. I have been here many times and have found it a reasonable experience. However, your staff are disgusting and often beat me up mentally and physically. And don't you dare say i'm not on your list as i have invested a lot of money in memberships. When I was at the drink fountain a staff member impaled me with his skull. Please improve or i will file a law suit. Much love xx

Surprisingly large yet compact gym boasting a studio, open weight section, galleried cardio area and even a sun bed! Staff are professional and friendly and even the gym goer's seem a friendly bunch! Open 24/7, beside Chelmsford Bus Station - Recommended.
It's a very convenient gym for Chelmsford station. The staff are really helpful and approachable. It can be quite busy during peak hours (5pm-7pm especially). The equipment is good quality. Having 24 hour access is great.
Great little gym. Convenient being next to the train station and town. 24/7. Has classes running most days of the week such as cross fit. Has a free weight area and more than enough treadmills. No pool but for pre and post commute its ideal. They also have a suntan room and several individual changing rooms
