Joined many gyms in the past, but never felt I have learned anything. Been with Training Space almost 3 months and I absolutely love it. Workouts are different everyday, trainer/owner Danny is super helpful, he always makes time to help you. Music is brilliant, equipment is very new, people that go there are very friendly. Theres no way I can go back to a normal boring gym again!
Love this gym - I originally signed up for the 7 day free trial and joined as a paid up member the next day (straight after my first Sweat class). Danny and the team are really welcoming, knowledgeable and are always coming up with new workouts... You never quite know what you might be challenged with when you turn up for a class! The equipment and music are great and there is a real variety of people that go to train there. This all helps to create a great environment for training. Can't recommend highly enough.
Absolutely amazing facilities with friendly faces and people who share the same enthusiasm for fitness and health. Danny Hammond, the owner, is very approachable and puts your well-being as his highest priority. I would recommend to anyone! Ash
This isnt a standard treadmills and weight machine gym. Any goal is achievable here with the help of all of the amazing coaches. The classes are programmed so well and I noticed a difference in my fitness and strength after just a few weeks of being here. There are so many different members with different goals but its always a joy to walk into the gym and see everyone. Everyone is made to feel welcome, no matter what stage youre at. The space and equipment is all of an excellent standard and I love being a part of it all!
