Thrilled is an understatement for my exquisite experience I endured at Riverside Gym today. During my 9 hour leg session, I was greeted by a rather large animal with the name Pedro. He asked me many questions and charmed me rather well. We ended up bonding tremendously and it was all going well. Then he placed me on a bench and dropped a 50kg dumbbell on my skull. I snapped my spinal cord and I had a banging migraine for the rest of the day. However, very pleasing experience and good equipment!
Love to go swimming with my daughter she really enjoyed it. The family changing room is very big and clean.
Visited the ice rink which was good experience but dated, but they are now redoing the whole centre so hopefully will see vast improvement when it reopens.The hot drinks from the vending machines were absolutely terrible - if I hadn't pressed the buttons wouldn't even be able to tell you what they were supposed to be, (I ordered hot chocolate and my partner a coffee - only had a sip or two each!).
Great location , its being updated at the moment, cant wait to see the new part. Swimming , gym, ice skating, kids play area , little cafeteria/cafe. Big parking area.
Kids went ice-skating. It was a good rink. The whole centre, including a large swimming pool is being improved at the moment. Should be even better when completed. You have to look carefully for the turn-in to the car park whilst building work is still ongoing.
