Incredibly poor communication. This company appears to be a scam. avoid at all costs
Literally the most incompetent business i have dealt with in my life!! Had my van stolen in April 2018, get dragged thru interviews, left with no van for the best part of 6 MONTHS, moaned at them, complained to them, they even admitted they messed up, then randomly, get a letter through with a settlement cheque which is quite frankly an insult! Literally half the value of the van with no compensation for their incompetence after they openly admitted to screwing up, they didnt even provide an offer for the van they just sent a cheque!!! Ive had to go 6 months now without the van which has caused me untold problems the biggest being the outlay on rental vans, absolute joke!! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS, APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, APPALLING ATTITUDE, APPALLING COMPANY!!
Dont waste your money on these lot there a scam there the underwriters for zenith insurance another scam company who tricks people only way to get a pay out from them is to take them to court
