As comfortable as most premier inns are. Breakfast is on order basis not buffet style. Staff was very nice. Not far from restaurants, grocery store, and gas stations.

It's OK. Waited ages to order an evening meal. Waited ages to order breakfast. Staff seemed a little more interested in hiding behind reception on the phones. That said, rooms are comfy and what you would expect from Premier Inn, so no complaints on that front.
Decent Premier Inn just outside Chelmsford. Easy access from the motorway, with a good restaurant on site (as well as a McDonalds a very short walk away). Staff were very friendly and welcoming when we visited, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.
Nice calm place. Slow service but they're busy through the week with business people. Very good nights sleep
