Great food! Had sea bream with veg and it's lovely! Reasonable priced too! Staff are also friendly.
Lovely meal in the Samphire restaurant. Food delicious, coffee good. Service tremendous. Great value for money. Lovely clean and well looked after surroundings. Good access for wheelchair users. All in all a lovely experience. Will be going back.
Great location in Chelmsford city center near the bus station, you can find many restaurants nearby, there is a tesco express nearby as well. It is close to where all the shopping is, it's like a 7-10 minute walk. The hotel reception and staff are really nice, good service. We stayed in a suite which was really nice and spacious, I loved their bathroom, there was a really nice shower and a huge beautiful bath tub. Easy fast check in and check out.
Had lunch of artichoke soup and white rolls in the bar. Quite dear at 6 but soup was delicious and rolls lovely and fresh and not noisy. Will be back for same or similar next week.
Had a very nice Afternoon Tea here on Sunday with our Family! The Bar and Restaurant were cold but the Staff were nice and the Scones were exceptional and the Plum Tarts and Mince Pies had amazing Pastry! There was also lots of other Cakes as well so its worth a trip, good value for money!
