Osborn car hire delivered a car to us on 7th August 2018. This car had no air conditioning as well as a very bad clutch. After using it for two week the clutch got worse and the car started to make a bad noice. Osborn car hire gave us another car for the last week. BUT WHEN I PHONE TODAY FOR MY DEPOSIT. I WAS TOLD THAT BY USING THE CAR WITH THE BAD CLUTCH IT BROKE ONE OF THE TOURTION RODS. SO THEY WILL NOT GIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK. THEY ARE THE ONES WHO GAVE US A FAULTY CAR. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE LESS THAN HONEST AND THERE CARZ ARE LESS THAN ROAD WORTHY THEY ARE RUDE AND UN HELPFUL. I AM NOW CONSIDERING LEGAL ADVISE AS THEY ARE NOT GIVING MY DEPOSIT BACK. NEVER USE OSBORN CAR HIRE.!!!!!!!
