Usual excellent service. A good company to deal with.
Everything was great, but beware when you pay a deposit , it is taken straight away from your bank account, so i could not understand why we have to wait 3-5 working days for this company to return our deposit into our account. Surely if Tesco ,Asda or any other company can do this straight away for returns, they could try and do the same.We were not told this when we hired the vehicle.
Given one star because I had to. The thrifty van was hired by insurance company. Hire finished Friday it's now Monday. My husband was supposed to be told when they'd pick up the van. He said they finish at four. I'm home Ill with bad stomach. They threatened we'd be charged if they didn't have it now. In dressing gown I had to empty van alone until one out of the three of them slightly helped me. They told me to sign the papers. I said what is this. They informed me of dents is what I'm signing for!! There are no new dents. It's fraudulent. Wish they'd have photographed it before. I am wondering does this happen to everyone? The hire finished Friday we've had to leave it parked on the street until they choose to turn up.what if I wasn't ill and home?
Very rude service, not impressed and very very slow. Disappointed with the way staff spoke and treated us as customers.
