Anthony is a highly qualified technician and offers great service. I had a full service done on my series 5. Didn't notice much difference after it but he is super helpful and educated.
Antony provided an excellent service and the engine treatment has made the car run smoother. Update: I have now returned to this garage for my car's next scheduled main service. Once again the service was excellent and competitive. BMW parts used by an expert in BMW and it was 24% cheaper than the main BMW dealership. However what I really like about Antony's garage is that nothing is done behind closed doors and you can see the work being completed from the reception. I would highly recommend this garage.
After taking my car to another garage I was given an 800 bill that was completely unnecessary. I asked these guys for a second opinion and they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, saving me hundreds of pounds. My car drives beautifully now and I couldn't recommend Anthony and the team highly enough.
Phoned Anthony at 1630 one evening, he saw me at 9am the following day. Had the car up on his high quality ramps, Diagnosed the problem in 10mins and didnt charge me a penny....not sure you can ask for any more. No one likes paying for repairs but makes it easier when they are so professional and approachable!!
Fantastic service from Anthony - I found Dukes Park online after I had a ridiculous quote for walnut blasting with new parts from a main dealer. Thought I needed to sell the car as quote was so high. After speaking with Anthony, I felt confident that he could do the work without needing all the new parts - but by cleaning and refreshing the existing parts for the cost of just one of the new quoted parts. Brilliant job and I'll definitely go back to Anthony for all work/servicing on my BMW from now on. Main dealer total rip off - just interested in easiest solution at highest profit margin and not about providing a good service to customer. Anthony puts the customer first.
